Kelly O'Donnnell and Sports Illustrated Writer Tom Lucci Review the 2021 NCAAF PAC 12

The PAC 12 hasn't produced a Playoff participant since 2016.  Will that all change this season?

Kelly O'Donnnell and Sports Illustrated writer Tom Lucci take a look at each team's chances in the PAC 12.

While Oregon may be the +250 favorite, Lucci likes Utah (paying out $450 for every $100 bet).

"I think Kyle Whittingham does a great a job and they hit the bonus this year of a transfer quarterback in Charlie Brewer from Baylor," O'Donnell says.

"I mean, Charlie Brewer was a good quarterback in the Big 12."
