Zayat Plaintiff in Gambling Case Appeals Judge’s Decision – G911 World Exclusive

Gambling911.com has just learned that Howard Rubinsky, the defendant in a case against American Pharoah owner for alleged gambling debts, has filed an appeal.

A federal judge on Thursday ruled the lawsuit against Ahmed Zayat was filed after a six-year statute of limitations had expired in New Jersey.

"Justice always prevails," Zayat said in a phone interview with The Associated Press immediately following that decision. "I have said before these are all lies from A to Z. And the judge ruled in our favor. Could not have happened at a better time."
