Super Bowl 49 Computer Picks: Predictalator, Bing, Madden Not in Agreement

The Super Bowl 49 computer picks are in and they appear to be clashing with the Predictalator liking Seattle and Bing liking the Pats.  Both are within a field goal.  The line on this game was a PICK’EM heading into Super Bowl morning.

The Predictalator is a complex computer program that takes into account various aspects of the matchup and runs it through the simulator a total of 50,000 times.

"We're accounting for all 22 players interacting on the field on a play-by-play basis, and layering thing likes weather, coaching and anything else likely to occur during a game, and then we just do that 49,999 more times," says Paul Bessire, the creator of the Predictalator.

They had Seattle winning 23-20.

EA Sports has the Patriots rallying from a 24-14 third quarter hole and knocking off the Seahawks 28-24 in its simulated Super Bowl on the Madden 15 video game.

Microsoft Bing has the Patriots winning by a single point.  Bing’s pick record during the regular NFL season was pretty good at 66 percent, better than most of those highly paid tout services.
