The line on the Cardinals-Reds game has gone from -120 to -105. 75% of the action here is on Cincinnati.

St. Louis has won the last ten games against Cincinnati.

PITCHING MATCHUP: Cardinals RH Carlos Martinez (3-2, 1.83 ERA) vs. Reds RH Anthony DeSclafani (0-1, 7.20)

After giving up eight total runs through his first seven starts, Martinez has allowed six over his last two - four of which were earned. He lasted a season-low four innings while giving up two runs and walking five in a no-decision against Miami on Tuesday.   He is 4-2 with a 2.86 ERA in 11 games (six starts) at Great American Ball Park.

DeSclafani's first appearance in the majors since Sept. 28, 2016 resulted in a loss, as he was charged with four runs in five frames of a 9-6 setback against Colorado on Tuesday.

St. Louis bookmakers using a Pay Per Head platform are likely still hovering around the breakeven point but are having heartburn in this series.
