Fantasy Football Illegal in Kansas: Prosecution Possible

Fantasy Football may be legal under federal law but don’t tell that to the state of Kansas.

Clearly, Fantasy Football is illegal there based on this statute:

21-6404 says "As with any other illegal gambling matter, if a fantasy sports league involves the elements of a prize, chance and consideration then it is an illegal 'lottery' prohibited by Kansas criminal law".

What Are The Browns Odds to Win the 2015 Super Bowl?

It’s hard to believe that Vegas believes the AFC North is least likely to win the 2015 Super Bowl. Odds were set at close to 10-1 at Bookmaker with the AFC South and NFC East having longer odds online.

The Cardinals and Rams Super Bowl odds for 2015 were set at 60/1 odds apiece. Odds were expected to be much longer on the Rams with Sam Bradford out for the season however. Both teams were expected to be good in 2014-2015 but good may not cut it in a division that includes the likes of reigning Super Bowl champs Seattle and the 2012 Super Bowl losers San Francisco.
